We are pleased to have you here at Petit Crest Villas in Big Canoe and will make every effort to see that the time you spend with us will become a favorite vacation memory. In this directory you will find useful information about the resort and the area. We ask that you adhere to our rules as they were created to help us protect you and the property.

Please note that Petit Crest Villas not only offers seasonal rentals, but is also a fully accredited timeshare resort affiliated with RCI, Interval International, and Blue Green Vacation Club. Closed between 12:00PM and 1:00PM for lunch. For urgent matters after hours, please contact 706-268-3600. In case of medical or fire emergency, call 911.
CHECK-OUT / CHECK-IN
Check-out time is 10:00AM. If departing prior to 9:00AM, please lock your Villa and drop keys in lockbox at Villa 636. Check-in time is 4:00PM for owners, exchanges, and renters.

Our FAX number is 706-268-3710. Charges: Receiving – $1.00 per page. Sending – $2.00 for the first page, $1.00 each additional page.
Overseas charges – $3.00 for the first page, $1.00 each additional page. Copies are available for 25¢ each.
All Villas are two bedrooms / two baths with a loft, and sleep eight. King bed on main level with bath; queen bed on main level with private bath and balcony; loft area has two twin beds; queen sleeper in living room area. All linens are furnished; full kitchen with washer/dryer. Two night minimum available, reserve two weeks prior to arrival date. Weekly rates run from Friday to Friday. Highest seasonal rates apply for holidays. Contact Villa 636 for more details.

While the Petit Crest Villas have no amenities of their own, we are glad that Big Canoe allows our owners and guests to use theirs! You pay at each amenity with credit card, debit card, or cash.
NO PETS are allowed. We know your pets are part of your family. We hope you understand that we are a no-pet property. Please call 706-268-3600 for a list of nearby kennels. A $100.00 per day minimum fine will be levied to cover costs.
NO SMOKING allowed inside any of the Villas.
We have only two (2) parking spaces available per Villa. Call Villa 636 (706-268-3600) for off-site parking instructions. Your Vehicle may be towed or ticketed without notice if you are parked in other than your assigned space. Parking Passes are issued for each Vehicle with a confirmed reservation. The passes must remain on the dashboard of your vehicle at all times while on Petit Crest Property. The code assigned on your parking pass must be used to gain access and departure. U-Hauls, Motor Homes, Motorcycles, Campers, Boats, TransVans, or ATV’s are NOT allowed on the property. Free storage is not available.

Incoming calls may be dialed directly into your Villa by giving the outside caller the number.
Big Canoe is included in the Atlanta calling area, so just dial all ten digits. Calls to Jasper 706 area code are toll-free, but calls to Dawsonville & Dahlonega are long distance toll calls.
Georgia 511 is a free phone service, hosted by the Georgia Department of Transportation, that provides real-time traffic and travel information 24 hours a day, seven days a week. The service provides information for all state routes and interstates and give estimated travel times in metro Atlanta. Callers can speak to live operators to report incidents or request assistance, or connect to other services such as transit partners, airports, tourism information and 511 systems in neighboring states, by simply dialing 511. This service is also available online at www.ga511.org

Wi-Fi Internet Access
- Go to your connection settings or wireless settings on your computer or other devices; iPad, Nook, Kindle and Cell Phones.
- Scan to find your Villa’s specific wireless router.
- Click the proper router for your Villa and click connect.
- The password is printed on your Check-In Package on the front cover.
- Open your internet browser and enjoy.
Connect and use one device at a time for best service. WiFi does not work well with multiple devices
To reset your modem, DO NOT TOUCH the box. Simply unplug the black plug from the socket behind the nightstand in the master bedroom. Wait 10 seconds. Then plug back into the socket. That should reset the modem properly. Please do not remove the modem from the wall or try to reset the modem in any other way. Damage to the modem or attempting to change the access codes from other than the preset ones will result in a service charge to the credit card we have on file.
