Terraces Concert Series 2021 at Big Canoe
TERRACES AMPHITHEATER CONCERT SERIES AT BIG CANOE
TICKET SALES WILL OPEN IN JUNE.
Big Canoe Chapel’s Terraces Committee is excited with the upcoming reinstatement of summer concerts later this summer. The season while being shorter in time, will feature as many concerts as in the past. We hope that through these concerts, we will bring back not only open-air concerts at our Terraces Amphitheater, much needed fellowship opportunities and a communal sense of getting back to a new normalcy. Our concerts will begin July 17th and will close out on September 18th. All concerts will be on Saturdays, with a 7:00 PM start. Many of this year’s bands had been scheduled for last year, and were eager to re book with us for this year.
July 17th –MainStreet is a nationally known touring Bob Seger Tribute Band. Enjoy an “Evening of Seger” with Steve Kelly and “MainStreet”, as they recreate all the hits.
July 31st –Brotherhood, A Classic Rock-n-Roll Doobie Brothers Tribute Band with a 10-member group with a horn section. Their music includes danceable songs, big sounds with horns, keys, guitars and much more.
August 21 – The Wildflowers – Experience this truly magnificent Tom Petty Tribute band from Alabama
August 28th – A1A – The Official and Original Jimmy Buffett Tribute Show!– Since 1992. Playing beach music.
September 4th – The Wildermen and Madam Radar The Wildermen (8-piece Americana Band from North Georgia Mountains) and Madam Radar, similarly Americana, blending with country and blues music)
September 18th – the much-anticipated return of 120 East Band, from Atlanta. A Terraces favorite returns. The bans is a 10-member Classic with a horn section (trumpet, sax, trombone), playing songs from Chicago, Blood, Sweat & Tears, Lynyrd Skynyrd, and more.
Tickets will be: $20 for Advanced Ticket purchased by NOON Friday before the concert, $25 for per ticket at ticket booth night of concert. A Season Ticket for all six concerts is $80 and Pick-6 (six tickets that can be used in any combination for any concert) is $100. Ticket sales will open in June and details will be announced when sales open.
We plan to have a food truck at each concert. The food truck schedule will be announced each week before a concert.
We are currently looking for sponsors for each and all of our concerts, as in years past. We will also be celebrating one or more of our community charities at each concert with a tent presence and mission and program information. If you’re interested in sponsoring, please message us through our FB page, or contact Shelby Collins.
Welcome back to the music at the Terraces Amphitheater!
